Welcome to the official website of the Bangladesh Society of Cardiovascular Intervention (BSCI).

A challenging 72-year-old male presenting with unstable angina. Angiography revealed a true bifurcation lesion of the Left Anterior Descending (LAD) and First Diagonal (D1) branch. Step-by-step review of the DK-Crush stenting technique, final kissing balloon, and proximal optimization technique (POT) with outstanding angiographic result.
